Rule proposal - dumping your team

I’m proposing that at the end of the season any manager can announce that they want to throw their team away and draft a new one.
How it would work:

- you must announce your intention by the end of our league playoffs I.e. you cannot make any off season transactions
- you throw everyone back in regardless of contract status or junior protected status
- you keep the monies you have for future years
- after you dump your team you are allowed to trade again but you will only have cash to trade away.
