No manager can ever trade cap $$$ to bring their team below the floor of $50

1 – The usage of this buyout to take you below $50 ( but never below $45 )
can only take place in the OFF-SEASON

2 – Witch Doctors sends out the off-season rolled contracts, Player A is Signed …
$4.00 in 22/23 and $5.00 in 23/24 ( as nobody can have a contract in 24/25 )

The buyout for this contracts is $4.00 + $5.00 / 2 = $4.50

3 - You apply the $4.50 buyout to the 22/23 season ( current coming season only )

Since this rule was very close, we will revisit this rule in summer of 2023
