Item #4 - allowing a manger immediately after the season has ended to dump his entire roster

You cannot keep any players at all or make any trades ( once champion is crowned )
You must immediately post your dumping your roster
You keep whatever current cap $$$ you already have accumulated
You will be permitted to trade $$$ for players after your roster is cleared of players
