No other managers nominated this year, and we welcome back these experienced and missed managers

Item #3 - Free buyout with expansion
This motion has been denied by a vote of 8-1
There will be no free buyout
Hart Foundation did not vote

Item #4 - Dumping your roster after the season
This motion has been denied by a vote of 7-2
There will be no dumping of rosters
Hart Foundation did not vote

Item #5 - Allowing buyouts to take you to $45
This motion has been passed by a vote of 6-4
Buyouts can now bring a team down below the $50 threshold to a min of $45 (after missed line up fees)
This will commence immediately for the 22/23 season
All managers have voted

Item #6 - Fines for missed line ups
This motion has passed by a vote of 7-3
Fines will commence for the upcoming season:
First game missed = Free
Each game following (without good reason, to be decided on by the Commish) - $0.50 in the next years pool money - fines will be exacted immediately upon the next roster distribution
Playoff line up missed - $1 in the next years pool money - fines will be exacted at the end of playoff roster distribution
